Product use:

Operation steps:

1.Prepare a case and bag to be tested.

2. After loading the test bag with a certain weight, fix it on the working bottom plate with the bag fixing block.

3. Turn on the Power switch.

4. Set the number of tests on the controller panel. Press "A" on the panel, pre-setting blinks, press "+ ", -" to add or subtract the number to adjust the set value, after the adjustment, press "OK" on the control key.

5. Move the part of the fixture to the position where it can clamp the pull rod of the case and bag, and fix the pull rod of the case and bag. In order to make it more convenient for the fixture holder to hold the case rod, it is necessary to make a small position adjustment on the fixture, and press the key of "moving up" or "moving down" for fine tuning. On the pull height, the upper limit can be adjusted close to the off, to the desired test position.

6. Press the "test" button to start the test. The case and bag move back and forth with the fixed fixture. If press the "test" key does not move, press the "reset" key, so that the lower limit back to the original position, press the "test" key again, you can run normally.

7. When the set number is reached, the test will stop automatically.

8. Check the damage of the box (bag) body and tie rod, and check whether the tie rod is deformed, stuck, loose and so on.
