Firstly, observe whether the refrigeration compressor of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber can be started during the operation of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. If the compressors of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber can be started during the operation, it indicates that the electrical circuit from the main power supply to each compressor is normal, and there is no problem with the electrical system.

One main unit and the other auxiliary unit of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber work simultaneously when the cooling rate is high. In the early stage of temperature maintenance, both units still work simultaneously. Once the temperature stabilizes initially, the auxiliary unit will stop working and the main unit will maintain the cooling and stability of the temperature. If the main unit R23 leaks, the cooling effect of the main unit will not be significant. Due to the simultaneous operation of the two units during the cooling process, there is no phenomenon of temperature instability, and the indicated cooling rate decreases. In the temperature maintenance stage, once the auxiliary unit stops working and the main unit has no cooling effect, the air temperature in the constant temperature and humidity test box will slowly rise. When the temperature rises to a certain extent, the control system will start the auxiliary unit again to cool down, and then the auxiliary unit will stop working. This repeated operation will result in the phenomenon of low temperature not being maintained.

At this point, it has been confirmed that the cause of the malfunction of the constant temperature and humidity test box is the leakage of refrigerant R23 in the low-temperature (R23) level unit of the main refrigeration unit. Maintenance method for constant temperature and humidity test box: Conduct a leak check on the refrigeration system, using a leak detector and soapy water to check where the leak point is. If it is found that the valve stem of the hot air flow magnetic valve is cracked with fine seams, replace this solenoid valve. If leakage is found elsewhere, use oxygen welding to repair the leak completely, and then refill the system with fluorine. The system can resume normal operation.
